What to expect in the hiring process?
We value the candidate’s experience and tailor each interview process according to that. We aim to respect the time and energy of both our candidates and our internal team.
Application Review
We ask a short series of questions similar to what you would be asked in the first interview. This helps us get to know you better from the start, so please answer thoughtfully. All applications are reviewed by a team member, and qualified applications undergo a secondary review. Regardless of the outcome, we will inform you if you are moving forward.
Video Intro Call
In this stage, you will meet with one of our team members. We seek to understand your background, professional goals, and what’s important to you when choosing your next position and company. This call is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the role, our company, culture, values, and services.
Skills Assessment
We provide a hypothetical prompt designed to reflect key aspects of the role’s responsibilities. Each take-home project is carefully designed with a clear grading system, concise directions, and specific goals. These projects typically take no more than 2 hours to complete. Rest assured, we never use your work product.
Video Interview
Following the skills assessment, we will dive into your technical skills. This step focuses on the specifics of the role and provides you with an opportunity to ask the team about their experiences at the company.
Offer
This is the final stage. Interviews conclude with a 1:1, 30-minute call with one of our Co-Founders. These are typically candid conversations that allow you the opportunity to discuss any outstanding questions and go through the offer.
